Warranty Terms

Warranty coverage (ranging from 3 to 10 years depending on product line) applies only to products registered through our official Warranty Registration process, installed and maintained in line with our care guidelines. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by accidents, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.

Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval; our service team will assess each claim and communicate the outcome and, where applicable, a reason for decline.

Distributor Applications

Submitting a distributor application does not guarantee approval or exclusivity for a territory. Everbright reserves the right to evaluate applications and structure its distributor network as it sees fit.
